At Soaptale, we believe that true luxury begins with simplicity. Our Natural Handcrafted Soaps are made from 100% pure, plant-based ingredients — free from synthetic foaming agents, harsh detergents, dyes, and petroleum-based additives.

Each bar is lovingly created in small batches using the traditional Cold-Process technique. We blend olive, palm, coconut, and cocoa butter — oils and butters celebrated for their deep moisturizing and nourishing qualities. To preserve freshness and skin benefits, we add natural Vitamin E and Rosemary extract as gentle antioxidants.

From there, we enrich each soap with thoughtful ingredients like Calendula Extract, Castor Oil, and Shea Butter — each chosen to enhance softness, hydration, and radiance. Our scented bars are infused only with pure essential oils, giving each one a subtle, natural aroma that soothes both skin and spirit.

Because our soaps are handcrafted, you may notice slight variations in shape, color, or scent — these aren’t imperfections, but the mark of true artisanal craftsmanship.

Founded in 2012, Soaptale is a Jakarta-based artisan soap brand dedicated to crafting 100% natural, high-quality soap by hand. Every bar we create is thoughtfully made using the traditional Cold-Process method — a slow and careful technique that preserves the goodness of natural oils, butters, and botanicals.

Our story began within the Soaptale family home. One of our youngest family members struggled with severe skin irritation from commercial soaps — dry, itchy, and sensitive skin that no product seemed to soothe. After countless trials and recommendations, we took a closer look at what was inside those soaps and discovered the truth: they were packed with harsh, synthetic ingredients like SLS, EDTA, and Sodium Benzoate.

We asked ourselves — why should something we use every single day be filled with chemicals we can’t even pronounce?
So, we decided to make our own.

What started as a small family experiment soon became a passion: to craft soap the way it’s meant to be — pure, honest, and kind to the skin. Today, Soaptale continues that promise by blending luxurious natural ingredients, gentle formulations, and timeless craftsmanship into every bar.
